If board games are not your thing, you can play some of the more thrill-inducing games such as Jenga, Super Rhino, Bounce the Ball, and Exploding Kittens.
On the other hand, If you are already a young adult looking for some edgy type of fun, then party games such as Card Against Humanity, Adult Loaded Questions, and Drink-A-Palooza are the ones for you.
Some games might surprise you because it makes use of certain elements you never know possible for a tabletop game. Spending New Year’s Eve at home and not being able to party outdoors is never a bad thing. One of the reasons why is because it’s the time of the year where you can show-off that “long-kept secret” singing talent of yours and that funky groove your dad has been flaunting each family reunion.
Worried that your voice might not be that of Ariana Grande or Sam Smith? Worried that the dance moves might not be in the right groove?
Who said that showcasing one’s talent is limited to singing and dancing? You can show-off different kinds of talent such as Magic, Spoken Poetry, Beatboxing, or even that “most coveted” talent of eating a whole McDonald’s Double Quarter pounder and fries in just three minutes (Yes, that counts as a talent too you could showcase in the Talent night).
Cook your favorite family meals and snacks together

One way to make the countdown to the next year much more fun is to spend the day cooking meals and bonding time snacks together.
From helping your special someone cook the family’s favorite new year’s dishes such as Pasta, Chicken, or Steak up to cooking some movie time and family game night snacks such as French Fries, Onion Rings, and White Chocolate Chip Popcorn. Cooking together with your loved ones is not only affordable and healthier but provides the family with more fun and a memorable countdown to the coming year as well.

What’s a New Year’s Eve party without some tunes? This game lets you bring out all of that jam and at the same time enjoy a fun-filled game with the whole family.
The rules are simple, the game master brings out various Playlists of songs and lets the players guess what song is playing. Music apps such as Spotify and iTunes are perfect for this “Guess the song title” game and the fun thing about it is you can even add in more twists in the latter rounds such as requiring the guessing player to indicate the artist and the genre of the song as well.
The winner then could be the one who will choose all of the songs for the night’s jamming playlist. What are you waiting for? Bring out the music and turn up the volume as we welcome the New Year with a JAM (I mean, bang).

For those who are looking for a steamy and adult-friendly type of game, look no further as we bring you Drink or Truth Beer Pong Game. The rules are simple, players will be divided into two teams with at least two players and the goal is to shoot the ping-pong ball into the cup of beer. If any player of the team has successfully made a shot into one of the opposing player’s cups, the opponent must drink the cup of beer.
The same process continues for the rest of the game until one of the teams’ players has consumed the entirety of their party cups.
Sounds like the usual Beer Pong right?

NO!
The twist in the Drink or Truth version of the game is that the losing (per turn) player will be given a choice whether to drink the cup or answer the adult-themed question written on a piece of paper glued into it.
The questions can either be steamy or can also be something personal such as “What is the one decision that you made this year that you regretted the most?” or “If you were given a chance to slap someone for free ten straight times, who will it be and why?”
